This policy describes the information that should be furnished in a DMCA notice to "Celta Vigo Real Madrid" and the information that should be furnished in a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by completing the following DMCA Infringement Notice and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Service.

  2. Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL link to the page on the Service where the material is located).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy and authority: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • Contact information of the user: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "Celta Vigo Real Madrid" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
